Master Hsin Chin will visit Poland in August 2023.

The retreat that he will lead is open and everybody interested is invited to attend.

Trainings at this intensive will be lead by Hsin Chin and Dima Siomau.
We will explore solo and partner ZXD ILC exercises.
In mornings we will have Qigong, in evenings self-training/meditation.
